You are my hero!!!
Z: is just my second SSD drive. But as long as I run the model on my C drive the solving process starts.
I do not know why but it totaly solves the issue!
Thank you so much!

Error on write of file = 'Z:\ABC.lst': Invalid argument
Hi everyone, i get some error message that drives me crazy... "Msg=I/O error on write of file = 'Z:\ABC.lst': Invalid argument However the the error occurs only if i have many entrys for one set (t). If i reduce the amount the model will solve perfectly. Does anyone ever noticed such a problem?...

Problem with EMP (Stochastic Program)

Re: Parameter Syntax with "#" sign and 3 Dimensions
Hi dirkse and thank you very much for your help! Your solution was also my first try but if i put the whole dictionary in some modelling context got a mismatch error (790 -dimension mismatch). Is there something i do overlook? Set wo /w1*w9/ Variable z "profit"; Positive Variables x(wo) &q...

Parameter Syntax with "#" sign and 3 Dimensions
Hi everyone, I will use an example from the GAMS documentation for clarification (see below). The parameter s_rep is used to store the probability for each scenario with the header "prob" and as a default its value is zero (if i understood that code bit correctly): Set scen "scenarios...
