Hey Guys, I have a problem about my code. I am sharing my codes below. The GAMS understands like ı have 28 workers per a station. However, ı have total 28 workers. My workers count is changing for every station. How can ı tell to GAMS this limitations. BTW, ı have tried the add constraint but ıt did...
