Using gdxxrw to read an Excel workbook I get an error message

I have tried using Rwait, but it has no effect.

I thought that it was something like that. It has not been occurring under 44, so there is no point worrying about it further. I will let you know if it happens again.

A few suggestions for the future: 1. It is great that we can run .gms files with a GDX being automatically created. However, since the GDX has the same name as the gms, and since it is associated with GAMS, it is difficult to see which is which in File Explorer, unless one turns file extensions on. ...

The automatic dropdown explanations when we hover over an option in GDX are useful. But once one is familiar with them, they become a little irritating. Particularly the search, which tends to obscure the dynamic list of hits.
Maybe an option in settings to turn them off would h=be possible.
