Hello all,
I am now working to build the model a published paper using GAMS. I successfully went through all the error messages appeared while developing and running the model and all have been resolved, now the model works with no error but unfortunately the solver found no feasible solution.
I don’t have a full access to DICOPT solver which has been used in the published paper , but I tried many solvers for MINLP such as Baron, BOMIN, SCIP AND COUENEE.
I was wondering if using DICOPT is a must to reach a solution ? or the solvers I used for MINLP should result in solution. I went through the model I built man times and I am quite sure that i exactly followed the equations addressed in the paper.
Thanks in advance.

Re: the solver found no feasible solution
Hi
I don't think the model will only solve with DICOPT. Either your model is not correct or the description is not correct.
You could ask the authors for the code.

Alternatively, if you want to test DICOPT, you could use the NEOS Server on optimization, which uses a GAMS file input.
