How can i have free gams program but not demo

I have demo version of gams program.
And when i was trying to solve nurse scheduling, the program gave me this error.
According to you, is this error ? or is this result?
ı am working on gams program first time.

Hi Owais,

Thank you for your help.
i load my gams file neos server and then neos server gave me job number and password.
when i trying to see my result, server isnt show me result or any infirmation message.
My queued job number as is follow.
