Is there an eclipse IDE plugin for GAMS?

Post by Archiver »

In this presentation, page70 :

https://www.gams.com/presentations/2013 ... rkshop.pdf

It says there is IBM ODM Enterprice Eclipse Plug-in for GAMS, I've tried IBM ODM version3.7 and 3.8, however there isn't such things.

Does anyone know where I can find such thing?

Hi,

Indeed a few years back we evaluated how to bring a GAMS model (instead of an OPL) model into ODM. With IBM's help we developed a prototype and made a case study. We worked with a couple of commercial clients that expressed an interest in this technology fusion, but so far this has not turned into an "off-the-shelf" product. If you are interested in pursuing such a route I suggest you get in contact with GAMS (support/sales@gams) directly.

Hope this helps,
