Parameter setting to infinity

Dear GAMS community,
please excuse me if the question is fairly easy to answer, but I was not succesful in finding a solution as I am new to GAMS.
For my master thesis I am developing a GAMS Model for the facility location problem of a closes-loop supply chain. The data that I want to use there a penalty costs for uncolltected retruns and unsatisfied demand. Both these parameters are defined infinity, so there is a obligation pick up. How can I set a parameter to infinity? Is is possible at all?
