Syntax Colors in GAMS Studio

In GAMSIDE it is possible to associate a file extension - say .dat - so that it displays in GAMS Syntax colors. Is there any way to do this in GAMS Studio?

Hi,
This is currently not possible in Studio, but it is fair to ask for it. We have it now on the list for future enhancements.

I wondered whether as a work around giving our files one of the extensions that we do not use frequently, such as .dmp, would create any problems (other than to our memories)?

Rob,
No, that should work. Currently, .gms, .dmp and .inc files get the syntax coloring (and can be set as main file of a group).
