Newbie problems

I am new to GAMS and need some assistance. Extreme novice not only to GAMS but also solving these types of problems mathematically. I would like if someone could assist with GAMS code to separately model minimizing cost of the energy system, minimizing CO2 emissions for the energy system and maximizing the efficiency of the system. In addition, I would like to model all objective functions together in order to obtain the best solution considering all three optimization problems. Attached are the parameters provided. I would like to use sets in the programming, if possible. It would also add meaning to let me know how to interpret the results. This pertains to part three and the interpreting the results for part four.
