Communication between resolution loop and model ?

Hello everyone,
my model is based on meteorological conditions (coming from an Excel file) which act like perturbations. It is hard to find an initialization point good enough to solve everything but I have a resolution loop than can do the trick. First I use flat conditions and solve. Then, I use the results as a loadpoint, I modify the flat conditions 1% towards real conditions and solve. And little by little I can solve my problem with real meteo conditions.
The problem is that it takes a lot of runs before solving the real problem. So I'm trying to find a way to loop the resolution. So far I have an idea but the problem is this :
At every loop of resolution, I would like to modify a parameter inside the model so that it modifies de meteo conditions by itself. I don't know if that's possible in this way or any other way but your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
