Modeling Resource Constrained Scheduling Problem with a flexible Project structure

Dear GAMS community

I have problems to model the RCPSP-PS for my seminar paper. My problem is to connect the chooseable sets w(e), the activity that triggers the decision a(e) and the caused activities b(j).
It would be really great, if someone can help me solving this problem :)

I have still the problem to implement, it would be really great if someone can give me a tip or so.
Further I added the English notation...
