continuous space

Hi everyone!
I have a model which assign people to the places and I am using coordinates for each possible place that I already decided before.
My aim is to give a continuous space to gams and assign people whenever gams decided to assign in this continuous space according to my constraints which are already clear on model.
How can i do this?
