CONOPT warning

Hi everybody
I'm trying to solve an AC Power Flow problem using conopt. In small cases, the problem is solved and is locally optimal but for larger cases, it becomes infeasible and the solution report shows this message:
** Warning ** The number of nonlinear derivatives equal to zero
in the initial point is large (= 31 percent).
A better initial point will probably help the
optimization.
what does that mean and what should I do to get rid of it?
