Disjunctive problem in objective function

Hello!!
I have a problem with my model. It is a MINLP type or I can solve treat like it. Ideally if I would have DICOPT license or another full liicense, I could solve without problem, but... I have only a demo license for MINLP problems.So my question is, can I solve in another way?
How can I solve this problem without binary variables? How can I define that condition in the objective function and what solver I should use?
