GDX exporting data error

Hi everyone,
I am trying to export the results of my model to an instance of Excel by using GDXXRW, but I'm getting the error in the attachment
I get that there is a problem with Excel, I've tried to uninstall it and install it again but still is not working. It started when I installed Microsoft Office but I don't know how to solve this problem.
