Full CPLEX license issue

I'm currently stuck on an old version of GAMS, trying to make the business case to upgrade to the latest version.

As part of this I'm experimenting with different types of models, chiefly LP vs MIP vs MIQCP but my CPLEX license, despite telling me in the Options directory that I have the full CPLEX license and that it is capable of MIQCP models, tells me I only have the demo license for it when I try to run an MIQCP model.

This is a legacy license so maybe our "full" CPLEX license is limited to LP and MIP models but I thought I'd double check. This GAMS version is 24.2.3 (hence why I'd like to update it). From the attached snip I thought I'd have access to CPLEX for MIQCP, am I just wrong or is something odd happening?

I suggest you contact sales or support at gams.com. Too many things depend on you license and the forum won't be able to fix this.
