Model Inquiry

Post by Mensh95 »

Hi,

I'm working on a Closed Loop Supply Chain Network model, and it worked with me. But I have a small issue, when I'm making a specific parameter (Vp) with values. The model says no optimal solution, but when I make the same parameter with zero value. The model is solved and gives me an optimal solution.

How can I fix such problem? Any leads? Please note that I don't have any data to validate the model. The data which I entered was just makeup data.

Thanks a lot for your time and efforts

The solver tells you the model is infeasible. There are many tools to analyze infeasibility. Infeasibility is a normal state for a mathematical program (besides optimal and unbounded). There are tools (e.g. iis or feasopt) that help you pinpoint the cause for the infeasibility. Search the forum for details.
