I'm new to GAMS and Research Operations.
I tried moddeling the problem the way that made most sense to me and translating it into GAMS.
On GAMS, my method does not work. I'm interested in receiving feedback and peer review.
I'm going to attach the GAMS itself as well as the modelling explanation.
